DELIVERY: All orders are shipped from, Chino Valley, Az. 86323. Any shipping damages should be reported at the time of delivery with the shipping company. Special packaging or crating on large signs will be charged accordingly. Shortages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of order, otherwise, order will be considered complete.

RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot accept any returns on Engraving, vinyl lettering or graphics (including typographical or measurement errors on the customer's part). If a typographical error occurred on our part, we will quickly replace the error.

All Canceled Orders are subject to a 20% Cancelation Fee and may also be subject to Restocking Fees.

Once engraving work has begun on your order, "No Refunds" will be given for any reason.
